Your entry is not confirmed until full payment has been received. Entry fees are non-refundable. If a team wishes to withdraw from the event, they may make a request to withdraw to the host. If the bonspiel fills all available spots and the host is able to find a team to replace the team making the request to withdraw, a refund will be issued minus a $50 administration fee.
